Place a paper towel over the dried paste. Spray just a few squirts of window cleaner on the towel. Do not soak the towel; you don't want the window cleaner to run down the wall. Hold the towel on the spot for about 10 minutes to give it plenty of time to soak in. Dab the spot with a soft cloth after the paste softens.
Dry inside out on low heat, or, even better, let it air dry after washing. Turn up the pressure on your heat press (or tighten the pressure knob, depending on the heat press.) If there isn't enough pressure while pressing, the HTV won't adhere to the fabric as well as it is supposed to and it will peel after being washed a few times.
Unfortunately you can't copy and paste anything into design space. If you have illustrator (or maybe inkscape but I don't have inkscape) you can type it in there and save as a .png and upload that.
